Online Beri – Ecommerce Expert, we are dedicated to delivering Account Management Services and Courses/ LiveTraining Programs that help sellers grow their online business on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please note the following
Non-Refundable Policy:
1. Account Management Services
All payments made towards our Account Management Services are non-refundable once the service has started.
The service is considered “started” once we have initiated any work, including but not limited to account audits, listing creation/optimization, ad setup, catalog uploads, or any other agreed activity.
If you choose to discontinue the service before the agreed term, no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued, except in the rare case mentioned in Section 4.
2. Courses and Training Programs
All payments for our Courses, Workshops, Webinars, and Training Programs (online or offline) are strictly non-refundable.
Once you have enrolled and received access to course materials, live classes, recordings, or any digital resources, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
Failure to attend a scheduled training session, live class, or workshop will not entitle you to a refund.
3. Payment Confirmation
By making a payment for our services or training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Policy.
We strongly encourage you to review our offerings, ask questions, and clarify any doubts before making a purchase or enrolling.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rarest circumstances, if a refund request is approved by Online Beri – Ecommerce Expert, a maximum of 25% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Such cases will be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of our management.
